"We loved the overall look of the property. It's new and has updated furnishings. The shared kitchen area is nice but missing a few key utensils/items. The fridge is small given that it's meant to be shared by 8 apartments. Note that the image online showing apartment names is looking from the beach towards the apartments so if you want an unobstructed view choose the apartments on the left in the image. "Our family came to stay for two weeks in this loft. It was the first time to Ixtapa for some of us and a repeat trip for two of our group. The loft is in an excellent location to be near everything you need. There were a few minor things to let the property managers know about but staff were prompt to reply and help rectify and fix for us. Lots of stairs but we knew that before we arrived. Excellent get away from the snow of home and we would love to come back again."

"Jose Luis and Luz were amazing! Luz cooked delicious meals for us twice. The infinity pool over looking the ocean is incredible! The rental is not where it claims to be in the listing, it is much farther. I recommend having a car if you’re staying here. Some of the fixtures including the a/c in one of the rooms wasn’t working for our entire stay. "
