Mooi gelegen aan zee bij een leuk klein dorp
Sol bestaat uit twee delen. Het hotel en de appartementen. Beide gebruiken de zelfde voorzieningen, zoals het zwembad. Wij verbleven in een appartement met een geweldig uitzicht op zee en het dorp. Nadeel was het buitenterras van het restaurant pal naast ons appartement. Opmerkelijk: voor badlakens betaal je een borg van EUR20. Nog opmerkelijker: voor een wissel van badlaken betaal je 1 Euro!!!! Appartement wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt als onderdeel van de service.

Położenie hotelu duży plus , obsługa miła pomocna i uśmiechnięta !!!! dobre śniadania i wygodne materace to jedyne plusy pozostałe posiłki bez smaku pokoje z lat 90. Spadający tynk karaluchy najwyzszy czas na remont części apartamentowej. Parking płatny.

Schöne Lage, schöner Pool
Sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Sandstrand und der Promenade von Puerto Naos und in der Nähe von kleinen Restaurants, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber o.k., 2 schöne Pools, Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Hotelanlage ganz schön, aber mit Pannen
Zunächst war das Appartement, das wir - schon vor einem halben Jahr - gebucht hatten, nicht frei. Mussten 2 Tage in ein Hotel-Zimmer, zwar mit Meerblick, aber kaum Sonne auf dem Balkon. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren neu. Dazu bekamen wir Halbpension, die Büffets waren super, aber man bekam keinen Sitzplatz. 4er Tische waren nur mit 2 Personen besetzt... war auch sehr eng. Einfach zuviele Leute auf zu kleinem Raum, der trotzdem Bahnhofshallenatmosphäre hatte. Die Kellner völlig überfordert und dadurch auch unwirsch. Die Appartements sind alt, abgewohnt, schlecht ausgestattet. Balkon / Terrasse mit unbequemen Plastikstühlen. Bad uralt, mit Dusche in der Badewanne. Überall pfiff der Wind durch. Der Fahrstuhl uralt, klapperte, die Zimmer schlecht erreichbar, man musste insgesamt 4 Stockwerke zu Fuss gehen, erst die letzten 3 Stockwerke waren dann mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Parkplätze sind Mangelware, auch die zum mieten. aber es kommen alle mit Mietwagen!

Positiv überrascht
Nach den Bewertungen in diversen Portalen habe wir nicht viel erwartet - und wurden positiv Überrascht. Wir bekamen ein großes Apartment mit einem riesigen Balkon -direkt am Meer. Wer allerdings Geräuschempfindlich ist, dem empfehle ich ein anderes Zimmer - das Meeresrauschen ist recht laut. Ich liebe das allerings... Das Apartment scheint frisch renoviert worden zu sein. Neues Bad mit "Regendusche". Die Küche war einfach und "verbraucht". Allerdings haben wir auch nicht gekocht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war abwechslungsreich. Alles da - sogar gutes Brot, was für Deutsche ja sehr wichtig ist ;-)). Der Service beim Frühstück war klasse. Es wurde ständig nachgelegt, Tische wurden sofort abgeräumt und neu gedeckt. Der Ausblick vom Restaurant direkt aufs Meer war spitze. Die Lage Puerto Naos ist sehr gut - alles ist in max. einer Stunde zu erreichen. In Poerto Naos selbst sind viele gute Lokale, wo man abends essen gehen kann. Ich war mit meinen Eltern da (78 und 81) das ist -zumindest im Februar auch die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wer unter 65 ist, fühlt sich hier sehr jung. Die Pools waren recht kalt. Das Sportangebot war gut. Habe es an zwei Regentagen genutzt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Väldigt bra städning och byte av handduk dagligen. Soffan och fåtöljen var ganska slitna. Otäta fönster. Trots detta så trivdes vi väldigt bra och vill gärna återkomma. Trevlig personal. Restaurangen var toppen med all god mat som man kan tänka sig. Rent och fint överallt.

Gut gepflegtes und ordentliches Hotel. Dreieinhalb Sterne. Badezimmereinrichtung u. Sanitäranlage etwas veraltet aber sauber und ordentlich.Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet; da fehlt nichts. Tolle Außenanlage mit zwei Swimmingpools. Strand zu Fuß erreichbar.Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Hotelnähe vorhanden. Personal höflich und hilfsbereit. Strand an manchen Stellen etwas steinig. Wetter im Sept./Okt. sonnig und gut warm. Immer leichter Wind vorhanden; angenehm.

Essen bei Sonnenuntergang
Insgesamt ein sehr befriedigender Aufenthalt Ende Februar. Man konnte auf der Terrasse mit Jacke morgens und abends in Brandungsnähe essen, super! Matratzen recht gut, ein Bett quietschte. Wenn man es ans andere heranrückte, war es ok. Studio sehr geräumig, ohne Meerblick gebucht, aber vom Geländer war das Meer zu sehen. Schöne Terrasse, 3. Stock. Nur etwas weit zum Essen, der eine Lift sieht schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen aus. Essen mittelmäßig, aber sonst wird man ja zu dick. Frischbrattheke immer gut. Wer Schwimmen will zu dieser Jahreszeit, besser nach Puerto de Tazacorte fahren (20 Min). Dort ist zwar eine Art "Stufe" im Wasser, aus Sand, aber die Wellen sind schwächer.

Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Strandes und Promenade
Apartment ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig,Mobiliar veraltet,Terrassentüre schließt sehr laut, Küche ebenfalls veraltet, Bis auf eine Minikaffeemaschine keine Küchengeräte.Wasserkocher und eine Mikrowelle wäre schön. Das Personal in der Anlage waren alle sehr freundlich,Kommunikation manchmal schwierig. Das Essen kann ich nicht objektiv bewerten da wir nur Sylvesterabend essen waren. Das Buffet war vielseitig und toll gestaltet. Ich fand den Preis etwas (95€ pro Person) etwas zu hoch. Ich würde es nicht nochmal nehmen. Die Anlage war schön gestaltet. Der Ort Puerto Naos ruhig, nicht überlaufen. Erholt haben wir uns gut.

Los apartamentos necesitan reforma
Mi pareja y yo hemos estado 8 días alojados en un apartamento, nos decepcionó muchísimo fundamentalmente tratándose de un Melia. Aseguraba tener parking pero nunca lograbas aparcar el coche en el parking del hotel y tenías que ir a un aparcamiento de arena cercano. El menaje de los apartamentos insufiente, no dejan ni un paño de cocina. Carecen de aire acondicionado, por lo que hacía un calor infernal. En general considero que los apartamentos necesitan una reforma, el resto de instalaciones están muy bien en cuanto a zona comunes, piscinas y demás se refiere.

Mi estancia fue maravillosa nos trataron súper bien, fueron todos muy amables con nosotros! Al coger la habitacion tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con las llaves y rápidamente lo solucionaron. El único problema fue cuando llegamos a coger nuestras habitaciones, que en la pagina pone que los niños son hasta los 17 años pero en el hotel nos dijeron que era hasta los 11años! Nos encanto el sitio, la tranquilidad, su gente. Muy recomendable

Prima vakantie
Het hotel is netjes goed verzorgd vriendelijk personeel etc. Van het buffet hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt, dus daar kan ik niet over oordelen. Het appartement ( waar wij verbleven) werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt en bedden opgemaakt. Enig minpuntje was de parkeergelegenheid. Die gesamte Anlage ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr schön gelegen. Betten und Matratzen im Appartement waren gerade noch erträglich, die Küchenausstattung sehr mager. Zimmerservice war sehr gut, Frühstücksbüffet hervorragend mit Blick auf Strand und Meer. Schöner Strand, Restaurants und Strandbars topp, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir werden wieder dorthin gehen!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön gegen das Meer. Der Strand ist nicht sehr gross und in der Woche in der ich dort war hatte es hohe Wellen, so dass ich im Pool schwimmen musste. Mit dem Bus kann man einfach in andere Regionen fahren und es werden schöne Wanderrouten und Ausflüge angeboten. Das Essen war gut und das Hotel sauber und freundlich. Ich verbrachte eine erholsame Ferienwoche.

Apartamento Sol La Palma
Es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. La otra vez estuve en una habitación. Esta vez fui a un apartamento de 1 habitación y fue una decepción. Lo positivo es que es grande y luminoso. Lo negativo es que no tiene ningún tipo de climatización, ni aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo por lo que en días calurosos es una sauna. Otra carencia es que no tiene secador de pelo en el baño. El armario empotrado de la habitación aunque es muy amplio para guardar mucha ropa es muy viejo y no estaba en buen estado (puerta corredera que baila, cajones que se atascan). Por último, para llegar a mi apartamento había que correr una gymcana: subir cuestas o escaleras, coger el ascensor que era viejo y pequeño o subir escaleras, llegar a la planta y volver a subir y bajar cuestas o escaleras. Así que para personas con movilidad reducida puede ser complicado.

Es un hotel estupendo para familias, al lado de la
Hotel estupendo para familias, al lado de la playa y con muchos servicios. Personal muy profesioal y atento, aunque algo escaso en recepción y muy rápida la limpieza de los apartamentos. Animación y animadores estupendos, dos piscinas buenas y el buffet mejor que la mayoría. La piscina con vistas al mar es estupenda, igual que el gimnasio y el spa. Nos ha gustado y volveremos, sobre todo sabiendo que lo van a remodelar. Entorno estupendo, tranquilo y entre plataneras. La zona de apartamentos y los propios apartamentos necesitan un lavado de cara urgente. Como critica lo mismo que otros hoteles en Canarias y España: En 2015 todos deberían tener wiffi gratis, pero este tienes que pagar 6 € al dia y a los apartamentos no llega, y también los precios de la bebida en el Restaurante: Vale que no entren las bebidas pero cobrar por una botellita de agua más que en cualquier bar de la calle y en el propio bar del hotel nos parece un abuso.

Hôtel situé idéalement sur la côte ouest de La Pa
Le choix initial d'un appartement ( trop vieillot, sombre avec en plus des mauvaises odeurs ) a été transformé et satisfait dès le 2° jour en une chambre d'hôtel bien plus agréable et aérée. Si l'hôtel peut décevoir au niveau du look (vétusté des lieux et des équipements et de l'ambiance en général); en revanche, le séjour a été très apprécié par sa situation géographique, son personnel très serviable et sa chambre en général
