Secluded Small Rustic Camping Cabin In the Redwoods in 45acre Mountain Retreat

We are deep in the mountains and the last 2 miles on Stetson Rd is narrow and winding. All the roads are paved.

Picnic table
propane heater for rent
Close to campground bathrooms, hot water shower
Forest, hiking trails, creeks, small waterfall, deer, turkey, owl
Paved road, 20 min to Los Gatos downtown, 25 min to Santa Cruz
Inform host if you have pet or 2nd car, $15vfee will be charged manually.
Propane heater $5/day, propane $20/tank, towel $3, book and pay before 11a of your arrival date.
Electrical heater or cooking is NOT allowed, it will trip the breaker, the electricity is only for lighting and charge phone/laptop.
Pet fee $10/day will be charged manually.
If you have to bring a 2nd car, let the host know and $15/day parking fee will be charged manually. It's very expensive to maintain the paved road, and our neighbors had lots of complaints about too much traffic due to the campers coming so we have to minimize the cars as much as possible.

Our water is from a natural spring.
We are in the rural mountains and woods so overall it is pretty rustic!
It's tick season in the spring and summer, watch out for ticks and use protection (insect repellant) as needed.

We have a main trail on our 45 acre. The head of the main trail is right by the red Main House, just follow the paved the road down and it will become dirt road at campsite 12. It's about 45min to 1hr hike down to the end where the Amaya creek serves the boundary to the neighbor's property. On the main trail there is also a small waterfall, but it is not visible from the trail, you have to go off the trail on the left side to find it. I put pink ribbon on the tree there, but at other spots too so may not be the best sign.
Enjoy hiking, creeks and small water fall exploration, mountain biking, wildlife viewing (deer, turkey, owl etc), star gazing, relaxation, meditation and more.

It was a beautiful little getaway. The host was very communicative. (VRBOs messaging system was down on my end so I couldn't respond. Sorry!) Lovely cabin.
