"Definitely a step above for the area. You can tell they focus on service and above average food and amenities. I liked the location a lot and having the beach/bay right there as well as dive shop next door was very convenient. One thing that was frustrating was there were no hooks to be found in the room! Not even the bathroom. This makes finding places to hang towels and other items (especially w family of 4) frustrating. Also minimal to no storage and only one luggage rack. Had to live “out of suitcase” all week. For such an upscale property this is a notable and poorly managed portion of a guest’s stay. Regardless I would stay there again for all of the other reasons. Kudos to the entire team for their devotion and hospitality! "

"The staff was incredibly kind. I loved the property. We stayed in Villa 3. The villa really needs some updates. The toilet seat was stained which is kind of gross. I hope they update soon "

"I don’t want to share this place, but they deserve all the recognition on how wonderful Arca is from the location on West Bay to the beautiful grounds and their amazing staff. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and Eric, Denis, Olive, and so many more employees make this place truly wonderful. They’re kind and gracious, even when my brother accidentally flooded the shower, my mom had her stair incident, and to my coca-cola glass bottle fiasco—I can’t thank them enough. The price is well worth every bit of how intimate and caring Arca’s staff is, and how amazing the food and facilities are. I look forward to coming back, hopefully soon! "

"This property is amazing wonderful. The staff is over the top friendly and accommodating, all with a smile. There had been a recent storm so there was some damage, no fault of staff or owners. We walked easily from the hotel to the beach and enjoyed the friendly beach vibe. HIGHLY recommend this property, it is not like a mega resort, much smaller and many times superior. The employees ( retesting intentionally) are wonderful, enhancing our stay. Everytime we asked for help they handled immediately, I never felt that I was creating an inconvenience. I also recommend communicating in advance by email with Jane. She KNOWS everything and is very helpful with more than just property details. "
