Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. "We recently stayed at Mikels property for nearly a month. Mikel is a great host and exceptionally helpful. The house is ideally located and is around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there are a few nice places to eat - the supermarket is a ten minute walk. "The property had adequate space, was a little cluttered from what I assume previous guests had left (shampoo bottles, toothpaste, etc) and we had a few issues with ants downstairs but nothing too serious. We had an issue with wifi which we tried a lot of troubleshooting with for a few days but in the end we had an engineer come out to fix the antenna.
