"Super friendly receptionist and very helpful! We stayed here so that we could be close to Tenorio Volcano National Park. The motel was clean and met basic needs. The attached restaurant was good and offered typical Costa Rican fare. We were not able to take advantage of the tours offered by at the motel but tubing looked like it would be fun."

"This location is a bird watching, listening, paradise. The cabins are surrounded by lush vegetation and trees. The owner Cede is very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious and reasonably priced. We stayed here Friday Nov. 8, 2024 and were the only guest due to the rainy season. Would love to return when it is NOT raining. The rooms were clean and spacious. A great place to stay and easy to get to with good roads. We toured the chocolate farm before we arrived here and would recommend that you include tis in your travel plans. "

"Paul and the team and the best in the area. If you are thinking of staying in Fortuna, take a few extra minutes and drive a little further north to paradise in the mountains. The rooms, the amenities and the scenery are a 10! We ate at the private restaurant every night and we were happy we did. Rosita’s restaurant is amazing and we would recommend eating there at every opportunity. Thank you Paul, Rosie and Bill for the great stay. Blessings. "
