"Good: Great for kids, decent food, mostly well kept grounds, comfortable rooms Bad: Noisy at night, particularly on Friday night when the party happens. Pools aren't heated like advertised. Food was good but not great if you don't eat meat. Nothing else to do in the area. "

"Beautiful hotel located in the centre of the old quarters. Nicely decorated with a central courtyard. Spacious rooms, which is quite rare in this type of area. One of the best breakfast spreads we've ever had and very good service. Only downside was climate control as we were in between seasons and the hotel only heats in the winter and vice versa which left us sweating a bit."

"Lovely hotel. In very good condition. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet location. Breakfast reasonable,if a little basic. Easy to find and orientate to train station. Room was comfortable clean and had some personality. "

"The hotel is beautiful and very well managed. Buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were really kind and helpful. The car park is very steep, even for Spanish standards. Located right next to the cathedral, it was not noisy at all!"

"Just a 1 night stay but very nice, got a bottle of sparkling wine in my room, concierge was very friendly and loan me a charge for my phone. One bad thing rooms don't have USB charger so you need a local plug in to charge electronics. No parking, park in the garage about a block away or like I did street park but get early of you'll get a ticket. "

"The suite was ample but although we were 4 and had to wait for the check in time to have the room ready, the second bed was not even done yet. Everything else other than that detail was good, easy location and a lot of green around. Good location if you are visiting Gibraltar"

"If you are visiting Cadiz this is the perfect choice. Charming, comfortable, affordable and unbeatable location. The parking lot was very close, couple minutes walk. Better you reserve it, no street parking. Don't miss the rooftop, the bar opens on weekends. We stayed for two nights in a lovely room with a balcony. Highly recommend it. Will come back for sure. "

"Beautiful ambience and fantastic breakfast, but improvements in Wifi connectivity and customer service could make it an exceptional choice. "Our stay for close to 1 week was very good . Nice , comfortable and clean rooms , quite , nice view to the golf course , excellent breakfast , nice and helpful staff , nice pool and good location . Fitness needs some overhaul . Parking is available but might be a problem in the high season . Overall very pleasant . We’ll be back "
