Great location! Couch needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable! A little disappointed that there was no Christmas decorations, since we stayed Christmas day!
The apartment is so clean. Our only problem was getting into the apartment the night we got here. But we called the landlord and he immediately solved the problem and this was around 2 o’clock in the morning. The apartment has everything you need.
The location is really great if you want to use the bus, and especially want to go to the beach. It is a 15 min ride of bus to Venice beach, and 30min ride to Santa Monica.
There are not a lot of kitchen tools, so you might have to buy some when you arrive if you’re planning on cooking. There’s a grocery store at 5min walk.
The property was adequate for our stay. If you plan on spending a lot of time there know that the couch is really uncomfortable and there is only one other chair. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked and it would have been difficult to cook dinners.

This property was good for what we needed. It was clean and was well appointed. The only complaint would be that the couch was unusable. The springs were sticking out and the fabric was so worn in the middle down to the wood that a couple of us hurt our tailbone sitting on it. If the couch was replaced it would really make a big difference. Otherwise we were happy with the unit.

- stayed mid December , cold mornings and nights not enough blankets for family of 5, were provided with more when asked
-if more than 4 people staying BE AWARE that the 5th bed is a sofa in the living area which cannot possibly be used for sitting on, let alone sleeping on. It is extremely painful to sleep on as it has no cushion and hard springs poke through. We had to combine the 2 single beds for our 3 teenagers to sleep on for a week which was also uncomfortable. Host suggested a roll out bed in laundry room by mid stay but at that point we didn’t bother.

Pros: clean, easy check-in, located at the back end of the building, so street noise is not an issue. Manager responds quickly to messages. Good price for a 2-BR in this area.
Cons: Feels like a management company bought it, painted the walls, and furnished it from Target. Minimally equipped kitchen. Mostly bare walls give it a bleak, empty feel. Just 1 blanket per bed (in December). Two rolls of TP provided for a 10-day stay by 3 people. When we requested more, the manager said "that's the starter allotment." Parking is in a narrow alcove in back of the building, which takes a lot of back and forth to get your car in while avoiding scrapes.
This is great for a centrally located property. It was only 4 miles from my brothers house, so very convenient. Only drawback is we did bring our dog as it's a dog/pet friendly property, but no easy location from the alley for pet to do their business. Otherwise great experience.
Apartment was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Check in and out was smooth and the hosts were very communicative. Parking takes some care, but not impossible for our large-ish car. Would definitely recommend.
When we checkin 11:00pm, the door was out of order. So I and my two company guests could not enter. Owner did not answer the phone. After spending 2 hours in front of door, 1 guest left. Owner gave me a call and told us how to use emergency key. I and 1 guest entered the room. Because we wasted 2 hours around midnight and one person left, I asked refund. but Owners simply rejected. This is terrible
The apartment was nice and clean and had everything we needed to sightsee in LA area for a few days. Location was an easy enough access to downtown LA, Hollywood, Santa Monica, etc. while being much less expensive than a rental in Santa Monica. Beds were comfortable. Weather was great while we were there in July, but I know you can have hot enough days that you need an AC, and there is not one.
Clean property, enjoyed the 2nd floor breezes coming through. Spacious living areas and dining area.
Parking is a little tight, so beware larger vehicles.
Good location for us because we had family nearby, lots of short walks to bars and diners. We were there four days and happy. Good TV. Got confused by digital lock at check in, but host answered his phone. Extremely uncomfortable couch, do not book the sofa bed, it's hard enough to sit on. Weird because host has spent money on new appliances and beds. Ditch the couch bro, would stay again
We stayed for a week. Check in was super easy, and I was delighted that they had a little pad and bowls for our furry family member. Place had everything we needed. It was close to everything we needed -- yummy coffee shops and restaurants!
