Host doesn’t communicate
We didn’t get to stay. We tried to get a hold of the host leading up to our check in day but the host didn’t respond until 4 hours prior to our checkin time. The host voicemail message also sounded unprofessional and fraudulent where you wouldn’t want to take your kids there. Took awhile to get a refund and didnt take our vacation.

We booked this property 2months prior to our vacation and were traveling on x-mas eve. We never received access to the building and the number listed on the reservations was a bogus #. It took us over 3 hours to resolve
