Upon checking in I was told that my credit card would be charged an additional $100.00 for “incidentals.” In the hospitality business incidentals refers to toll calls made from the room or room service. In this case it’s a “security deposit” that they wanted. After explaining to them what incidentals refers to they told me it was in case I damaged anything. Had I known this was required I would have gone somewhere else.

Very convenient to Biola college! Clean and comfortable room and good shower pressure. The front desk staff is very nice and appears to be the family that owns the property. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping but is not in a walkable area.

Nice and clean property that allows pets for an extra $15. It wasn’t perfect, but for the price it was comfortable and convenient. I’d stay here again for sure. It met our needs. :)
