I have to be honest…if you are staying for one night before a cruise, it might be ok. The hotel is clean, but is right on a 4 lane road and traffic noise in terrible. All of the furnishings are old and in poor shape. You can see daylight around the outside door. The area is sketchy at best, there are no restraints nearby except Del Taco, KFC and McDonald’s. They claim breakfast but is coffee p, juices, wrapped little Debbie products and wrapped honey buns.

NOT AS PICTURED…Run down, not updated. Heat/ac did not work. Walls were thin and the person next door left their tv on all night and we could hear the whole show. Fire alarm kept going off in neighbors room as well. On the plus side, they were close to the cruise terminal and had a free shuttle.

Staff was couteous and prompt. The room, however... Inside of the door was filty, floor was filthy, multiple lights in room were burnt out. Daylight shining through around the air-conditioner and the door. Do not recommend.

We needed a quick place to stay for a festival at the Queen Mary. The rooms are typical Motel rooms, not the cleanest or nicest but we were barely in there. Definitely would bring own blankets and towels. Overall, the staff was nice and wasn't a far uber to the Queen Mary.

The rooms need some serious upgrading, the flooring is horrible. Asked the front desk for a wakeup call and never got it, it's a good thing I was not scheduled for a flight. The elevator did not work had to use stairs (3rd floor) with my luggage and bad knees.
