At the time of booking, you will receive an email from us with check-in info. Please follow the instructions.
Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
House Rules:
- • Self Check-In with Smart Lock.
- • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation.
- • Unannounced Extra guests: $500/day/guest over 2-years of age. Since we do not allow visitors, any unannounced guest is considered an extra guest, even if they do not stay overnight.
- • No smoking of any substance at any time inside the property or on the patio - a $250 penalty fee will be issued. Smoking must occur 20 feet outside of the apartment building.
- • Unapproved late checkout (checkout later than 11:00 AM) will result in a fee of $100/hr.
- • No gatherings, parties, events, birthdays, bachelor's or bachelorette stays.
- • No loud music.
- • No loitering in the parking lot.
- • No disturbances, especially past 10pm.
- • We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After this time they will be donated at management discretion.
- • No illicit activity of any kind is permitted in the apartment or on building premises.
- • The cost of any damaged, broken, or missing items in the apartment as a result of your stay will be sent via a resolution request.
- • No mail or package deliveries are permitted to be received at this apartment.
- • Tampering with a smoke detector or any safety equipment including the ring doorbell camera will be subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation.
- • A government ID verification is required as well as a completed profile.
Specific information may be required for legal and/or compliance and property security reasons within the communities that we host(i.e email address, current phone number,government-issued photo identification prior to arrival, background check, etc.)
- • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
- • You are responsible for the conduct of your guests (and pets, if allowed) and their adherence to these rules.
- • You must be orderly and respectful. Intoxication, disorderly conduct, objectionable language, or other disturbances are all causes for the immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property.
- • Expect some level of noise from neighbors.
- • Do not leave trash in front of the door. Dispose of your trash in the dumpster that is located in the parking area.
- • Do not slam the front door.
- • Ring Doorbell Camera outside the home by the front door and cameras in common areas of the Apartment Complex. Noiseaware under the living room TV and Vivint Security System inside the home. Ring Doorbell Camera is set to record when motion is detected and cameras in common areas are always recording.
- • No animals allowed. If there is evidence of an animal on the property, a $150 fee will be imposed immediately.
- • Parking entrance is tight, and can only accommodate small vehicles.
- • You need a paid overnight parking permit to park on the street.
- • This unit has 2 wall unit ACs. Wall unit ACs will make noise and are not quiet like central ACs.
