With the exception of the weekend rain, the stay at Terranea was perfect. The villa was spacious and beautifully appointed. Also in a very quiet area of the resort. Great communication with the owner.

Wonderful Stay!!!
We had a busy weekend at Terranea with a dress rehearsal at 5:00 pm on Friday and a formal event on Saturday evening. I called first thing on the morning of Friday check-in and explained that I was hoping to drop off pre-made food in the villa around 2:00 pm (before the kids got out of school). The phone attendant checked and told me that we could get in as early as 10:00 am. When I tried checking in at 1:45 pm, we were told the room would not be ready until 4:00 pm. Thankfully, the room was ready just 30 minutes later. Minus that, our stay was lovely!!! The event staff and courtesy shuttle drivers are absolutely amazing with a wonderful focus on customer service! :)

Great House experience with resort amenities
Renting this VRBO is basically like staying at the resort. First, you check in with the VRBO through the resort’s front desk. You also get daily cleaning and turn down service with your stay. The staff was extra helpful with extras you might need like blankets, toiletries, etc. The walk to the restaurants was about 5-8 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only things lacking was some parts of the VRBO seemed a little worn and there is no extra condiments in the cupboards like other VRBO due to the fact that this was treated like a hotel room. We would definitely recommend this property.

Property was amazing and well maintained. The beds were so comfortable. We had a baby with us and really needed the z's. Gorgeous ocean view from the balcony. Check in was delayed for a bit but host resolved the issues quickly. Would love to visit again!

One month wonderful stay.
Our villa was well maintained, beautifully furnished and had ocean views from primary bedroom, living room and lovely comfortable patio. We had much more room than we needed but enjoyed the extra space. Nathan was very easy to work with for minor needs. Hotel access to everything was truly resort living. We can’t wait to return to this villa!

A stunning property on the Southern CA coast
The resort at Terranea is stunning. The views and amenities are some of the nicest of any properties/locations we have stayed. The villa is a really nice size and nicely furnished and decorated. We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the villa as well as the other amenities including the wonderful fitness center, pool and the restaurants. If you are planning for a longer term stay i.e. weeks/month, you may need to bring some kitchen supplies if you like to cook. The kitchen supplies are great for a short stay when you most likely would be going out to dine. There was one slight mis-communication regarding a fee charged by the resort but it was resolved immediately when brought to the attention of the property manager. Nathan was extremely responsive and easy to deal with regarding the property. Overall we loved the property and the resort and hope to return in the future.

Perfect
The villa was exactly as advertised. Really clean, bigger than expected and the area is quiet. There is a 5 min walk to the main hotel which didn't bother us at all. I am glad I chose the villa over getting rooms at the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Resort
The property was everything you could want. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen tools. The view from the lovely patio was of the ocean on the horizon. The only negative was that the third bedroom has a sofa bed which was lumpy and uncomfortable for anyone other than small children. We put a duvet from the primary bedroom over the mattress and under the sheets to soften it, but it was still not the most comfortable sleeper. Luckily the teenagers in my group were having such a good time, we overlooked it. We also enjoyed the Paddle boarding and ocean kyack lessons at the Beach Cove. Overall it was the BEST!
