The suite appeared to be newly renovated. The size was perfect. It was clean with no foul odors. It was decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed. The full breakfast every morning was a plus. I was concerned about how the rooms would be because of the lobby, specifically the lobby floors...they were dirty. But I was pleasantly surprised that the hallways and rooms were so nice and clean. I would recommend installing hand soap and lotion on the walls in the bathrooms, similar to the shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The absolute con was the $5/$10 bottles of water. But, I guess that's California for you.

I really liked the wonderful breakfast every morning & the cleanliness of the hotel! But the AC in my room was kinda noisy & when it came on it sounded like the rumble of a low drum that would wake me up during the night. And even though I had been warned that sometimes getting my car from valet parking could take from 30-45 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't take that long. And hotel staff was very polite & helpful!!!

Convenient location with excellent dining options and a short walk away from LA Live, Peacock Theater and Crypto.com Arena. Fantastic service. Valet is nice because it kept my car safe, and it was quick and easy to retrieve my car. Also has a great view of downtown!
