The cottage room was very well-appointed and comfortable. It's in a perfect location in a great neighborhood with lots of parking. Natalie was the perfect host. We hope to stay again when visiting family in the area.

What a sweet place!

Just what we needed
My partner and I were visiting relatives for two days and nights, eating meals out, so we were looking for the simplest lodging. Just a safe comfortable bed and shower. This house was that. The hosts were extremely kind. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Place in Santa Monica
The host of this property is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were walking distance from great restaurants and the beautiful bluffs and beach. Highly recommend!

The property is in a beautiful residential area within walking distance of the beach and shopping area. It’s a very comfortable room with microwave, coffeemaker and fridge. You have your own private deck. Natalie was a caring, gracious host, but we had total privacy. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful home, Incredible location
Natalie's home was such a wonderful find. The home itself is spotless, beautiful and very comfortable. She added all sorts of extra touches that made our stay extra special. Natalie was a very helpful host providing us with local restaurant recommendations and walking routes. Couldn't be happier with our stay. The outdoor garden was an amazing feature!

Our host Natalie lives on site and was extremely flexible regarding check in. She offered many ideas for restaurants, places to visit etc. and it was so thoughtful that she provided beach chairs and beach towels. She was delightful!

Wonderful accommodations in fantastic neighborhood
The host Natalie could not have been more welcoming. And the accommodations were extremely comfortable for my spouse, 10 year old and I. The king sized bed was super comfortable and the room had everything we could need including a TV, beach towels, soft bath towels, coffee, a fridge and plastic ware. The location is fantastic and parking is right in front. We look forward to returning.

Cozy getaway
This cute little private guest apartment is perfect! It's difficult to get a rental in Santa Monica but with owners like Natalie, vacation planning becomes easy! The location was wonderful and the rental is spotless. Natalie has thought of everything and is available any time to help you out.

We were looking for a nice location that included outside space. This property had a nice deck that we were able to enjoy. It was a nice walk to the Bluffs on Highway 1. Natalie was very welcoming and helpful.

SUCH a beautiful neighborhood!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's private guesthouse! It's exactly as featured with all sorts of amenities. Plus, no worries about parking - there's plenty of street parking! It's also a great walking neighborhood for nearby dining, shops, grocery stores and even the Santa Monica Pier. Another advantage is that it is close by The Getty Villa and Museum and state park (if you enjoy hiking). As for Natalie, the owner, she's so very kind and has so many great suggestions for your stay. We need to come back and visit again!

Amazing getaway
We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Natalie was extremely helpful and friendly. She gave us great suggestions. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and parking was easy and free. We could lie in bed and open large window/doors and look out on our personal deck with chairs, table and bench. Can't wait to come back again.

Quaint Garden Cottage in Santa Monica
3 of us spent a Girls Weekend here and we loved the location, space and amenities. Best of all, the owner, Natalie, is a great communicator and provided us with wonderful suggestions of places to visit in Santa Monica. We spent a lot of time on the deck having our coffees in the morning and our long talks in the evening. We all agreed it was the perfect ambience for us! Thank you, Natalie!
