Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin trundle. The living room has a full sofa bed, allowing additional guests to comfortably sleep. For those seeking more space or additional privacy, there are two detached guest houses located at the back of the property.
Unit 3 is more like a one bedroom and can sleep up to 6 guests.
Unit 2 is a studio and can sleep 4 guests.
These units are completely private, offering a unique ambiance and extra comfort for your guests and all include their own private kitchenette and private bathroom as well as courtyard, fire pit, BBQ and an additional hot tub.

This is a really wonderful residential neighborhood. Close to many shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The folks in the neighborhood are just so nice and friendly. It's really a wonderful place for families and pets as well.
Getting around is very easy as the property is close to all major roads and freeways such as the 101 and the 405. If needed there is public transportation close by on both Burbank blvd and Van Nuys Blvd. There is plenty of private parking space in the driveway of the home plus plenty of free street parking as well just in front of the house.

- Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners. Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance – we do our best to accommodate when possible.
- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.
- Jacuzzi fee is charged for $50.
- No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
- No drugs.
- Please be careful with furniture, décor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
- Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $4,000 fine and/or eviction.
- No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
- Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
- When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
- Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $35 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
- Please clean after your pet.
- The gardener comes once a week every Wednesday morning. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.
