FAMILY FRIENDLY. With panoramic mountain top views, a sparkling salt-water heated pool, outdoor shower (al fresco shower) and private & peaceful grounds, this Modern Mid-Century Farmhouse is the perfect home away from home. A total of 6 bedrooms and 7 beds which can comfortably sleep 14.

Upper Level: Endless views will draw you into the spacious living room & fireplace, large balcony, dining room w/ hillside views, family room, large chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare full meals, home office / bedroom (full bed), guest bedroom (full bed), & a stunning master suite (king bed). 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath upstairs.

Lower Level: An additional 3 bedrooms, 4 beds (2 queens, 2 full beds) & 2 full baths, an engaging living room, bar, retro wood-burning stove, laundry, arcade with pac-man, ice hockey, and other games & an incredible deck views w/ fruit trees & blooming flowers.

Hot tub/jacuzzi heating: $100/day. Salt-water pool heating: $100/day (non refundable).

Guests responsible for property damage, charges to card on file.

Although the pool is cleaned & maintained regularly, and we take the additional precaution to remove any leaves that may be in the pool before your stay, we are surrounded by trees and plant life so inevitably tree brushes, flowers, or leaves may be in the pool at any given time.

The pool’s deep end is ~10 feet deep. Only swimmers should be on that side of the pool.

Steep driveway. Use caution when driving your car through driveway. We recommend low profile vehicles to park along the curb in front of the house.

Please be careful as you walk down the stairs in the exterior & interior of the home.

Our neighbor’s driveway is on the right side of the home.

The master bedroom has charming and nostalgic cubed glass windows. As a result there may be light shining in the room in the morning and as the sun is setting. We’ve provided a temporary shade and personal eye shades if guests prefer complete darkness.
