Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Photos Are Not True Depiction Of Property
Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction.
