Highly recommended Lake Balboa House
My wife and I stayed here for a three month period. March through June. When the weather outside was cold and rainy - the house was warm, and when it got hot outside later in our stay, the temperature inside was comfortably cool. The property is spacious, fully furnished, and offers everything you need. Yuriy, Renata, and Cody were fantastic hosts. And the little dog loved the spacious yard.

Highly recommended Lake Balboa property
My wife and I had an incredible three month stay at this wonderful house! The property is spacious, fully furnished, and has everything you need for a comfortable and private stay. The central air conditioning and heating kept us comfortable throughout our visit. The location is fantastic, with easy access to freeways and nearby amenities. The backyard is a highlight, featuring a big BBQ area, a sparkling pool, and a cozy fire pit. Our little dog loved playing in the backyard. The house also has reliable WiFi and two WiFi-enabled smart TVs, which made our stay even more convenient. The property is clean, well-maintained, and even has gated parking, which is a rare luxury in L.A. Yuriy, Renata, and Cody were wonderful hosts, always responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this property and would be happy to here again!
