Lush, private oasis nestled at the end of private cul de sac, south of the boulevard in Encino! The 1,762 sq ft 3bedroom/2bath single family 1951 home with inviting curb appeal offers a welcoming front patio double door entry, ample natural light throughout and beautiful hardwood flooring and recessed lighting. The expansive, sunlit living area with decorative fireplace, formal dining and chef’s kitchen with customized cabinetry, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances are an entertainer’s delight! The separate family-media room opens to a beautiful, private patio retreat with inviting (gated) pool with cascading waterfall spa, surrounded by mature shade trees, lounge areas and manicured lawn.
The comfortable three- bedroom layout with King/Queen and twin beds offer a stunning central bath with travertine tile, glass 5 head shower and oversized spa tub as well as a second bath with shower. The family- media room offers a sofa and desk/chair- and my also serve as a 4th bedroom. Stay cool with centralized A/C and heat with convenient Nest technology. The gated driveway leads to a detached two car garage (off use) with ample driveway and street parking+ tesla charging station. We are pet friendly with the owner’s approval.
