Property was very clean, management was quick to respond to my messages when I had questions. Unfortunately, as many of the other reviews said, we had noise issues with the other guests. Even though the property had multiple signs around stating when quiet hours are, none of the guests complied.

Property was close to the reeling and a kaiser hospital. Pretty much everything was close . Parking is allowed overnight on the premises but it’s first come first serve . 3 cars fit max in the front and 2 in the back alley . I wouldn’t recommend the alley . parking is a pain in the street. overall the room was basic. With one pretty restroom . A big closet . And a big room itself . the no noise rule from 10 pm to 8 is non-exsistent . The first night we stayed there was a couple arguing and throwing things around . Besides that . Really nice place .

Overall it was a clean property and just as described. Since it’s a room in a house its kinda loud. Other roommates were up at 5:00am talking loudly banging dishes around in the kitchen etc. Also for the two nights we were there the water was luke warm, maybe the water heater isn’t set up to handle that many people?

Our stay at this property was overall great! The place was clean, easy access, and had parking. Only downfall is that there was no basic toiletries. I’ve stayed in numerous “vacation homes”, Airbnb’s and hotels and this was a first.

This property is brand new with upscale finishes. We had a bedroom with two queen beds, attached luxury bathroom, large walk-in closet that served as a second room (for an inflatable bed), and a cozy balcony overlooking the street, with two stools to relax and enjoy your morning cup. Down the hallway were brand new, front-loading, washer and dryer, free to use. We bought a jug of scent-free liquid detergent for our laundry, and left it there for others to use. Full luxury kitchen downstairs with new stainless steel appliances, designer dishes and flatware, and gorgeous, large, natural wood tables to accommodate everyone staying at the house. Three types of parking are available: garage in the back of the property accessed via the alley; front driveway; or on street (usually full, and with 6-hours-per-week street-cleaning restrictions). This property is the best deal around. For less than the price of a motel, you get to stay in probably what amounts to a two-million-dollar luxury house.

Very good hostel (Remark: it is hostel) The parking space is free, but very limited and hard to find. This space could be a little loud but it is depends on people in this hostel. (If they follow well on noisy policy, it would be great but also can be noisy because of others)

The property was clean and in a friendly neighborhood. The room was also big and had comfortable beds. I didn’t like sharing one bathroom for 5 rooms, there was not enough parking, and the rooms were too close to each other. Even though there were signs to be courteous, others were very loud and had no respect as they were very loud especially at night.

It was very different to stay in a loft with other people in the house. I properly won't do this again because I didn't like to share the bathroom with other people. Other than that. It was very clean and modern.

This was a great property. It was new and clean. The directions to get into the property were a bit confusing as there is no staff on hand. It was a little unclear as to where we could park but there is parking available in the front of the property and in the garage that can be accessed through the alley. Other than that it was great stay. BAD & BOUJEE!!!

There was no hot water in the property, after contacting the property to advise, they confirmed instructions to obtain hot water, this was not successful. An absolute essential when staying overnight is hot water, epic fail.
