Manhattan Beach is one of the most charming towns in the US. This incredible apartment is not only right in town and really close to the ocean, it is also super quiet. Recently remodeled, it is spacious, up the street from the beach, and around the corner from incredible restaurants, grocery shopping, boutiques, and the fabulous MB Creamery. Park your car and walk everywhere! Sun and ocean breezes come in throughout the day. You will be calling your friends to tell them about the steal you found in Manhattan Beach. It’s designed specifically to be extremely comfortable for a fabulous getaway.
The apartment has unique amenities. You will have a coveted parking spot right in town (PLEASE NOTE - A LARGE SUV WILL NOT FIT IN THE PARKING SPOT). It's also one of the few places at the beach with air conditioning (Hopefully not needed, but you never know). For kids and adults we have sand toys, boogey boards, beach towels and umbrellas. And of course, the unbeatable location.

This is an apartment to relax in with friends or family. Absolutely no parties whatsoever, or loud noise. Please respect the neighbors.

Note that the unit is on a second story and that it is not handicapped or wheelchair accessible.

Check in is 4pm and check-out is 11am. Key-less entry with an individual code for each guest for optimal safety.

We loved this spot in manhattan beach - walking distance from everything and very clean. I was able to get quick replies from the property manager as well. We’ll definitely stay here again when we are back in MB.

Can not say enough about how perfect this place was! The location could not have been any better for us- a short walk to town, the beach, and the best restaurants MB has to offer! The owners left no stone unturned- the furnishings were very comfortable and they thought of all the little extras to make one’s stay feel like home away from home!

Fantastic rental!
This was one of the best set up rentals I have ever stayed at! I am a host as well and I even took photos of some of the things that were done in the house that were great ideas! Location is perfect as well. I travel to Manhattan Beach about 3 times a year and will definetly be renting this property again!

Great property for our stay
This was a great little property for our stay, we were in town visiting family. The location is an easy walk downtown and up to our family's house. Property was clean and cozy. My only reservation was the garage door that is controlled by the other tenants and the opening of the door began at 5:30AM. Other than that - cutest home in a beautiful location, we appreciate the opportunity to stay!

Wonderful place I will be back!
This vaction rental was perfect. The home was clean, well maintained and the location was great. It is within walking distance to many deliecious restaurants, shops and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Had yummy food at the Strand House, Kettles, and pitfire pizza right down the street.

Hot Spot!
What a great spot! This place is clean and new and has all you need. In the heart of Manhattan Beach, no need for a car if you plan to stay local. Steps from Jamba Juice and several coffee shops and restaurants. Easy walk to beach, pier and shopping.

Amazing place in a wonderful location
We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. It has absolutely everything you could ever need. Parking in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything. We come to Manhattan Beach several times a year and I am already looking to book our next stay HERE!!!

Dream home!
I never leave reviews for these things, but golly this was a great property. My family of four comfortably stayed in this place. It was super easy to access, the location was great and walkable to beach and restaurants. The place was clean and we made use of the included laundry. Nice little get away for us after a water polo tournament. Thanks for helping us make memories!

Christmas in Manhattan Beach
We recently stayed here over the Christmas break with our 3 yr old and it was a perfect stay. The apartment is just as it looks in the pictures and more than a perfect location. Very clean, organized and stocked with all the necessities. Allisen was quick to respond with all our questions and emails and we definitely would stay here again.

SUPER CHARMING AND PERFECT FOR US!
We had a quick trip to Manhattan Beach with our two children. The owner was so responsive and great to work with. We LOVED this place and the location. Close to everything....The place feels wonderful and the upgrades are great- they did a terrific job. We can't wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone!

Great Place. Great Location. Perfect for Kids.
We had a wonderful stay in Manhattan Beach. The place comes pre-kid-proofed and there are lots of kids' movies and movies for adults, too, with a nice home theater set-up for everyone to enjoy. The place is also a very short walking distance from shops and restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The only problem was that we didn't book the place for long enough to enjoy everything the place and the proximity had to offer!

Great Rental
This apartment is in a great central location just blocks to the beach. Complete new remodel and very comfortable. This place had everything you could possibly imagine. Allisen was great and would immediately respond to my emails. We look forward to staying here again.
