Alan at the front desk was friendly and professional. A very clean and nice quiet room with a comfortable bed. Nice staff and great smelling towels. Good WI-FI and cable TV, and a good refrigerator with freezer.

I loved how Alen was very welcoming! He helped me out in receiving my room. The room was in excellent condition and shape I would definitely come back to stay again! It’s worth it It’s also a kid friendly place! Felt like a safe place for my kids

Everything was good we had free wifi, the beds were clean. But we had a water leaking from our ceiling that could’ve bursted at any minute also found a baby roach not sure where it came from. The air conditioning worked great! The water got turned off which sucked but the shower water pressure was very strong it hurt. There was water bugs that crawled out of my drain as well.. and the floors were dirty not clean. The beds were nice and clean and furniture as well.

Been coming here for a while now. When I say a while, I mean a few years off and on. Being a local, Ive stayed in pretty much every room including the romantic rooms AKA rooms with hot tubs! But this last weekend was probably the best experience considering that they were very considerate. One of the staff members went out of his way to help me book the remaining weekend when there were no rooms available online. I guess you can say he was able to cook the books. Which allowes me to stay with ease the entire weekend. Til next time. #RJE #UPTOWNLOVE #Crocagator

Television didn’t function. Even the agent couldn’t get programming. A coffee maker was present, but it was broken. Only fast food available in the area. Insecure room door. Finally, one word: cockroaches.
