This newly remodeled 2br/1bath home is just a few miles from Redondo Beach and Long Beach and surrounded by the best eateries LA has to offer. Neighboring Palos Verdes has the best hiking trails and provides access to beautiful west coast sunsets. The gym has a treadmill, weight bench full set of dumbbells, and many other gym amenities to ensure to get a good workout all while staying home. The Harbor Pines neighborhood is wonderfully mature and safe with amazing landscape and rolling hills where you will find dozens of home owners walking the streets with their pets each morning and evening. You have your own designate driveway parking space as well as washer/dryer. The space is extremely stylish and even has a designated dog run for your pet to safely enjoy outdoor time.
