You are a very short walking distance to the Crypto Arena, L.A. Live, the Fashion District, next door to the Ace Hotel and surrounded by so many restaurants. Our condo is the perfect starting point for any traveler coming to Los Angeles, whether you’re staying local or hoping to visit all of SoCal's main attractions! PS. Please note, No access to rooftop amenities for any unit in our building from September 8 - end of September 2025 due to maintenance.

NO smoking inside the unit, common areas, or rooftop, including Cigarettes, Funny Cigarettes, and Vapes. Fines will be assessed for violations.
NO glass containers or Alcoholic beverages on Rooftop are allowed. Fines will be assessed for violations. No mailbox access. No package deliveries.
