Not room available to our arrival, we had to wait, then they gave us a handicapped room that had ants everywhere in the room, on the bed, bathroom, etc.They sent an employee with a bug spray which was unacceptable, my kid have respiratory problems, but what they needed to do first place was to change us to another room, but l had to request it so at the end gave me a room with one king bed which l had to except since we were tired and just wanted to rest and we had no time to make another reservation in another hotel. We couldn’t sleep well of course we were more than 2 people and only one bed!Also they charge $30 parking per night! A deposit hold that runs from $100 to $160 depends how they charge you. The service guest phone in the room had no cable when l tried to use it didn’t make any noise so l lifted and noticed no cable!. Bathroom had only one bar soap, bathroom was not deep cleaned, one of the lamps was broken.. I never had any bad experiences like this in other hotels we stayed in LA before, even in those hotels that are not well known and high rated as the Hyatt hotel

Stayed for two nights and appreciated that it was quiet even though it was close to LAX. The sitting area in the room was nice. The free breakfast was above average. It’s only a 10 minute to Manhattan Beach and tons of great restaurants, which makes it an attractive place to stay.

This hotel is conveniently close to LAX. Our room and the common areas of the hotel and property were clean, well kept, and comfortable. They have a fire pit, pool, gym, and restaurant on site. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I recommend!

We had a great stay. Just one night for a long layover, but the room was spacious, clean and super comfortable bed. Check in was quick and efficient. The shuttle to and from was fast and painless as well as helpful explaining where to go to meet them. The breakfast was also a nice perk and they had good options. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved this hotel! Very clean, the pool/jacuzzi/fire pit area was top tier!!! Felt like I was at a nice outdoor restaurant with access to the little market area that included several spritzers, beers, wines, snacks; was extremely convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again.
