I arrived and took a shower in the evening but found no hot water. I assumed it was due to everyone checking in and wanting to freshen up. Next morning took my shower and again freezing cold water. I reported this to the desk person when checking out and he was busy with his feet up eating his spaghetti. He said he know and nothing he could do. He then waved a paper at me and said he had alot of complaints. Did I want him to add me to his list? This was not acceptable. Of course I haven't heard from anyone from Hyatt and nor do I expect anyone would followup.

Clean property, courteous staff, breakfast was good, noise was moderate (as would be expected staying close to airport). Only negative that lowers the rating was the water heater went out and had to shower with cold water (issue was resolved one day later)

Friendly check in staff. Shuttle to and from the airport was superb, didn’t have to wait long both at the hotel and the airport for pick up. Room was clean and quiet, exactly what we needed.

We stayed in a suite and it was nice: It includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, a cook-top, lots of cabinetry and a pullout. However, our room was not available until an hour or two after check-in (although the hotel provided us with a $50 hotel credit for that). Also, it didn't seem we had as many options for breakfast as we did during our last stay, six months ago, and (to me) the food wasn't as good.
