Parking requires skills of samurai, and God save if you have Suv. Not unexpected but it's vertical home (in case you have old folks or small kids). It's clean but maintenance is bit shoddy. Laundry is outside in garage, and dusty. If you can adjust to these inconveniences, it's a good stay

Overall the stay was very good except on the time of checkout when suddenly the cleaners too charge and changed the checkout time. They started making making fun.

Out of the four days of stay, there was no hot water for a day (25 hours). I reported that hot water didn't come out in the morning, and I was waiting and had an outside schedule, so I went out and came back at night, but it didn't fix. It only leaves it to external repair companies, and they don't seem to be interested in managing the accommodation at all. Whether the guest is uncomfortable or not... I haven't given any information updates in advance, and only then do I give a rough answer if I make a claim. It was my worst travel experience because We couldn't wash it with warm water for two days, and it was an irresponsible accommodation with no reply to my request for a refund for the last day.

We loved the location, and the place was clean, and we had everything we needed. When we contacted the property manager over very minor issues, I was impressed with their responsiveness. We didn’t need them to do anything, but they were willing to whatever was needed to make us happy. If David Gilmour ever returns to the Hollywood Bowl, we will try to return here.

We lost all power during our night there so we had no hot water, no air conditioning, couldn’t reach our floor with the elevator and, worst of all, had our rental car stuck in the garage with no way to free it. There was no backup power, so even the fire emergency signs were off. Absolute fire trap, building code violations and zero communication. They refused to refund even a single dollar for this nightmare.

The address that was provided at the time of booking was the primary reason we made the booking. While already travelling to the location we had booked we were informed the location assigned to us was entirely different and, as a result, we were forced to completely change our vacation plans at considerable inconvenience and expense to us and our family that we were visiting.
