Dirty rooms
Dirty room and i have payed the money Twice that i had to pay for the room the took i twice from my credit card when we arrived and when we left and for that I had to put a lot of effort to get it back eventually and outside of that my room was not really clean and room service came only if you asked for it and even before that you had to pay an additional 10 dollars

Dont expect anything glam .
If your looking for a budget stay this place is ok , but the level of noise from the road and the studio across the road starts at 5 am, it's an old building so dont expect new inside ,staff were very friendly, it's pretty far from shopping and the tourists places so you will need uber,taxis or your own car .

Odeur d’urine et cafards dans la chambre...
Odeur d’urine dans la chambre et dans l’hotel en Général , des cafards, sans compter la saleté... Il semblerait que l’hôtel soit également un accueil pour sdf et prostituées... Je me demande si expédia fait un tour dans les hôtels qu’il propose!!!

Our room (#37) wasn't clean. The old air conditioner barely cooled the room. Parking was very difficult. We stayed a few days because it was in a convenient location but ended up shortening our stay because we found a bed bug in one of the beds and my niece had 52 bites that morning. When we searched for different accommodations online, Hollywood Dream Suites was advertising room 37 for half the price we paid per night- so quickly that I doubt they barely changed the sheets let alone treat the room.

Cuidado!!!!! Warning!!!!
Hotel de pena muy viejo, no nos realizaron recepción, estaba sucio y con muy mal olor..tuvimos que ir por lejía para limpiar el baño porque tenía manchas (asqueroso) y no realizaron limpieza ni cambio de toallas ningún día.. lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación ya que está frente al Paramount.

Poor conditions of room, unhelpful staff, pathetic
The AC was not working. When asking for toilet paper, I was asked to go to the store and buy it. The WIFI connection was not as promised available in the room, but only accessible in a dingy common area room. No proper reception and the request to borrow a fork and plate was answered with a condencending "you better buy that in the store". Brutal rip off. I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel has no parking area, every day is a gamble whether you will park 5 minutes or 15 minutes away. Room smelled terrible, and there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood, we felt very safe. The breakfast was pathetic. All they had was cereal, but no milk, coffee, and packaged mini muffins. The shower was disgusting (mildew, someone else’s hair, scummy, ripped shower curtain), but the rest of the room was nice. It could use some wall art though. Skimpy, small towels that you have to use throughout your stay. It didn’t really feel like a hotel, I never saw room service or the front desk other than during check in. I liked it here, but definitely bring flip flops for the shower and money for breakfast somewhere else.

nice hosts. but air conditioner was way too small
the hosts were very friendly and prompt. however, this hotel has seen better days. most importantly, the air conditioner was way too small. can't sleep in a hot room. outside temps were 100+. indoor about 90. pretty much a deal breaker. needs new paint. stank like cigarettes. shower handle not attached. two windows don't lock but there are bars over the window so still secure. bathroom floor not level. clean towels and soap provided though. no daily housekeeping but that's ok with us. bed was comfortable enough. we had room 3, which includes its own bedroom, kitchen with sink, fridge, microwave, and bathroom. very spacious. neighborhood ok. very quiet. seems relatively safe. no bums hanging out. so, if you don't mind a little grunge, and if its not too hot out, might be ok for you.

Basic in Hollywood.
Spent a week at HDS recently. Very convenient location. Kitchen is a help and saved me $$. Room was clean but small and under equipped. They give help with parking which is difficult in the area.

Einmal und nie wieder
Kein Mülleimer im Appartement. Nicht sehr sauber. Die langen schwarzen Haare von den Vornutzern waren noch im Bad und im Wohnraum zu sehen. Ich musste schon um 11:00 Uhr auschecken, obwohl ich laut Buchung ein Checkout von 12:00 Uhr hatte. Wurde schon um Punkt 11:00 Uhr an die Zimmertür geklopft und zum Checkout aufgefordert.

Dicen tener estacionamiento gratis, pero no. Es estacionarse en la calle y a ver si consigues cerca. En check-in nos percatamos que habían dado nuestra reservación a otra familia con un apellido similar. Sus reservaciones están en hojas de tomar notas y se muestra la oficina muy desorganizada. Gente vive aquí también. Da impresión de un lugar inseguro, aunque no tuvimos problemas.
