I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition, while in our room at night someone walked into my room!! They gave someone else the key to my room and said I wasn’t “fully booked” and it was a glitch in the system so they booked someone else to the same room! I told the front desk I didn’t feel safe and they offered me free parking as if that was going to make me sleep soundly. They offered a breakfast voucher but the staff was unfriendly and rude. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again. I had a horrible experience!

Bed linens were super wrinkled when we got there. We got vouchers for breakfast and the lady working there brings us a check for the full amount without vouchers and wants me to sign and tip and total and just trust her that she will take off the two meals. I heard her bring several other checks that way to guests as well. Why would I sign a check for an amount I am not agreeing to pay? Missing tile in the shower that was just filled in with what looked like grout. It was a huge space.

This hotel was very clean. My review is mainly on the staff, especially Jesse who assisted me during breakfast. What an amazing customer service! He is the real deal. I ordered food for me and my kids and he was super helpful. Great job, Jesse and the rest of the staff. You all made us feel welcome. Keep it up!

Front staff was amazing and such a big help, Room was clean and beds were actually super comfortable, they had comforters instead of the typical hotel blankets which was really nice. Coffee pod machine, microwave, fridge, all extremely clean. Only "issue" was our bathroom did leak into the entranceway when showering but only happened once. Tons of restaurants across the street too. Definitely staying again !
