Admire Mount Washington and surrounding Highland Park from the elevated lot -- this private estate is the highest house on the highest hill in the neighborhood, with a deck and porch with remarkable views.

Make yourself at home in the sunlit living room, detailed with an upright piano and a wood-burning fireplace. The downstairs bedroom/den offers a top-of-the-line Italian queen sleeper sofa.

The amazing gourmet kitchen with breakfast nook is configured with two full-size fridges, an O'Keefe & Merritt double oven, and a smart TV. Also, enjoy dining in the Craftsman dining room with buffets.

BED & BATH

Vaulted ceiling highlights the upstairs primary bedroom, appointed with a king bed, walk-through closet, smart TV, writing desk, and direct access to a deck with a stunning view of the York Valley.

A second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and direct deck access, while the adjacent third bedroom is detailed with a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, smart TV, and built-in bookshelves.

The upstairs bathroom includes the original, restored clawfoot tub and walk-in shower.

The main-level fourth bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and built-in bookshelves.

The main level bedroom/den has the Italian sleeper couch and a sitting area with a table and 2 chairs.

The second bathroom has a tub/shower, and the third (part of a recent remodel) has a beautifully tiled large walk-in shower.

Sip morning coffee on the covered front porch or soak up the sun on the scenic second-story deck. The front yard, above street level, looks out toward Mount Washington, downtown, the Southwest Museum, and Dodger Stadium.

The fully fenced, dog-safe yard features everything you need for a leisurely cookout -- including a gas grill and umbrella-shaded alfresco dining. Top off ideal evenings with a relaxing soak in your private hot tub.

Set in residential Highland Park, this estate is a mile from local shops, coffee, and eateries, a half-mile from the LA Metro Gold Line, and close to downtown, Dodger Stadium, and Pasadena.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Great porch
The front porch and yard are amazing, great views and lots of options to sit with friends. The key code didn't work so getting into the house was small challenge. The house is very well stocked with pots, pans, and anything you would need for cooking.

What a perfect home to celebrate our daughter's graduation from Occidental. With covid affecting many, your outdoor area, shaded by trees was perfect for everyone to be outdoors. Your home was stocked with everything we needed to host a celebration for family and friends. On top of that, beds were comfy, view was beautiful and the charm of your home and garden was so appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you!
