Quiet and Spacious
Home was spacious and neighbor hood was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of linens and pool towels. BBQ was convenient and close to a grocery store. Nice sound system in the home and bonus room upstairs for entertaining.

Eigentlich toll, aber…
Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist super, der Pool sorgt für eine willkommene Abkühlung. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die fast im gesamten Haus funktioniert. Zwei Stellplätze direkt vor der Garage für Autos. Nette Hausbesitzerin, die uns sogar noch Waschmittel gebracht hat. Alle Verbrauchsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Trotzdem sind einige Dinge schade, die sich aber abstellen lassen. -Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer, nicht fünf. Das wurde zwar vorher abgeklärt, jedoch ist der Entertainmentraum im oberen Stockwerk mit einem Klappbett ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage schafft es leider nicht den Raum zu kühlen, auch die Deckenventilatoren ändern nichts daran. -Das Haus insgesamt ist sehr hellhörig, im Schlafzimmer unten hört man eigentlich alles oben und die Wasserleitungen die anscheinend in der Wand liegen. -Die Schränke und Regale sind teilweise sehr unordentlich. Die vorherigen Gäste lassen alles da, was sie nicht verbraucht haben. Das ist nett gemeint, aber wir haben die angefangenen Saucen, Haferflocken und sogar Medikamente nicht benutzt. Hier sollte der Vermieter darauf achten, dass die Schränke ordentlich hinterlassen werden. -das gilt auch für den Kabelsalat um Wohnzimmer und Entertainment Raum. Selbst ich hatte Probleme die Geräte richtig zu bedienen, zu unübersichtlich. -der Außenbereich ist an sich schön, aber auch hier sollte jemand vorher prüfen ob alles ordentlich ist
