Nice and big back yard with fountain
3 large bedrooms which 2 of them are masters
Also there is washer and dryer in the unit
Easy access from front door or back door from the yard
The location in near many shops , restaurants , markets and public transportation

On arrival towels still in dryer & wet. Broken glass bottle in the freezer on the right frigerator.... Rotten avocado in the left refrigerator & food left in bottom freezer…..it was not cold or working….only able to use right refrigerator. Showed all to cleaning manager, he said someone would be back to make it right… no one came back except to drop off more bath towels. Man who was there cleaning the back yard & patio area told us the garbage disposal isn't working from last guests and they had water running over the floor because of it.. he said still not fixed... he said he would go get a new disposal and put in… never returned. Used dishwasher, water drained from under it & sink all over the floor. House is not real clean, floor not mopped for sure…NO hot tub as advertised... only jetted tub in bathroom, jets would not turn on….back yard is not private as advertised in photos on VRBO listing…it is shared with nephew who has tons of stuff. Barbecue was filthy, could not use. Internet was extremely slow. Bed was very uncomfortable in back bedroom that had bathtub. Other beds were fair to ok. Disappointed....house doesn't appear as advertised. Other than that the house was comfortable for 4 adults and three kids & close to Cedar Sinai Medical.

Emergency Medical cancellation/ No refund.
We were heading down to Beverly Hills for our 3 day stay with my family. We were traveling over 4 hours because my wife needed a heart procedure at Cedars when our doctor called us the day of and informed me the insurance denied the claim and we could not get it done the next day as planned. Right away I emailed Ronny that we would not be able to stay there for the 3 days and the reason why. Ron didn’t get back to me until the next day stating we are not going to lose out on our money because of your misfortune, we have been holding the property for so long, needless to say we booked it 4 days prior to our arrival. He did state maybe he can give a discount at a later date. I understand it’s a business but emergencies do happen but to keep the entire amount of the three days seems like no compassion for a family that has been stricken with a tough medical diagnosis.
