Our prime location places you within a 30-mile radius of top attractions like Disneyland, Universal Studios, Downtown LA, Hollywood, Knott's Berry Farm, Santa Monica Pier and Griffith Observatory. Great for family or business stay. Easy self check-in. Come and relax in our retreat. COFFEE on us! The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with all the essential cooking amenities you'll need. Take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Gather around the indoor 6-seater dining table for meals and quality time. Enjoy the front patio for some breezy fresh air. Feel safe and enjoy private outdoor time knowing the entire property is fence off. FREE Wifi, Netflix, Disney Plus & Hulu. Access the entire house with ease using the convenient keypad entry. Rest assured knowing your vehicles are secure in the private parking spaces in front of the garage. There's ample street parking available on both sides of the street, but please be considerate and adhere to the street parking signs. NO PARTIES, NO smoking inside the house, NO Marijuana and No Drugs! NO shoes inside the house. Slippers will be provided. NO PETS! Please respect our property. Very clean
My family and I were very pleased with our stay at this property. The property description is on point. The property is very clean and beds are plenty comfortable. The bedrooms and living room have separate AC units that are controlled independent of one another. It has TONS of amenities (laundry unit w/ detergent, hygiene care products, coffee pods, eating and cooking utensils, even has ramen cup noodle, pasta and rice that can be cooked, and condiments like cooking oil). It's within walkable/short driving distance to a number of restaurants (especially for Asian cuisine) and I felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night. It was nice to be able to park the car in the gated driveway, but street parking is available as well. The property manager was quick to respond to inquiries, bookings, etc, and even accommodated us with our last minute request due to some schedule changes on our end. Overall, this was one of the best short term rentals we've ever stayed at!
