Welcome to the newly renovated cottage just a walk away from the beach. This studio features an updated interior and exterior, complete with a spacious private deck and garden, as well as the addition of heating and A/C for a more comfortable stay. The prime location of the cottage is just 5 minutes away from food and shops, leaving everything you need right at your fingertips.
Other things to note
We have near by hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains, as well as Western horseback riding for all levels, and you may gather fresh eggs in the mornings. Lots to do, or just relax and enjoy nature and the beach

The property had no wifi. The router was not working and after repeated complains no one came to fix it. There was no signal for phone so during our entire long stay days we were cut off totally from friends or family or workplace if you are planning to work remotely . This was extremely inconvenient as we went there checking their listing that they had wifi. Also the owner did not change bed sheets after several days of using it even after requesting for fresh sheets. There was no laundry service in less than 45 minutes drive. The listing claims it has a 2 min walk to ocean which is very tricky as for that you need to cross an extremely busy freeway and then take a highly generous steps of more than 100 steep steps which in impossible carrying any beach tents or chairs and of course highly dangerous with kids. We didn’t see anyone using that so called beach access. I would never recommend staying here for the price.
