Home with tremendous potential but…
This home has tremendous potential except the kitchen table stools were never utilized because they were very unsafe. We ate all our meals standing! The living room couch had numerous burn holes as did the area rug which is in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. I’ve traveled extensively, both state side and abroad but I’ve never had a rental that lacked a coffee maker and grater. The cookware should be replaced! The few decent items that could be used did not justify a “full kitchen.” Teflon coated cookware that was peeling was NOT safe to use. The master suite had no dresser, a makeshift portable closet, and the end tables were so wobbly we were unable to use them for anything for fear they’d collapse. The neighborhood? If you don’t mind excessively LOUD music, racing cars, or a 7 a.m. wake up call by some idiot making donuts in the middle of the street. The host was a joke! She was angry when we arrived because we could not open the exterior lock box. She was contacted about the stools and end tables. We spoke via phone and I gave her my expressed consent to enter the home and replace the stools and fix the end tables. She said she’d be by after 7 p.m., and never showed up! The garage door motor malfunctioned and had to be operated manually until I contacted our host. She asked us to take a picture of the battery of remote. About an hour later she walked over some batteries. It was not the battery. Her husband and my boyfriend fixed the garage door.

Clean and comfortable
Stayed here Nov. 24-27, 2024. Group was four adults (me, my wife, my son and his girlfriend). Property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Only two small-ish issues: 1) There was no coffee maker in the townhouse (either a Keurig or a drip machine). To me, that should be a staple. There was instant coffee in the cupboard, which took me back to thinking about my father! 2) The WiFi in the master bedroom on the third floor was a little spotty. Made watching TV a little difficult at times. But overall this is a nice property. Easy to get to LAX and SoFi Stadium, if that's important.
