Charming Home with newly remodelled high end kitchen

This home is on one of the most desired streets in San Fernando. It's close to the Metrolink and 20-30 minutes away from most of the Los Angeles landmarks. It's a great home for groups or families to vacation and enjoy all of LA has to offer!

The property has a unit directly behind the main house that may have guests. The guests will access the unit through the side gate and side porch.

There is a charcoal grill that is available for grilling. If you would like to use it please bring charcoal.

This is a family neighborhood. No parties, loud gatherings, or loud noises.

The city of San Fernando has it’s own police department and they are quick to respond to any issues that arise.

20th Anniversary get-together
The house is beautiful and clean, with great hangout spaces: a dining area near the amazing kitchen, a comfy living room, and the patio. Checking in was a breeze, and the owner was responsive to questions during our stay. I hope to stay here again for future reunion-style get-togethers.

Perfect home for our holiday
We are a great stay at Daisy’s beautiful home! We were visiting California with our family of 7 to celebrate our sons 8th birthday at Universal Studios. This home was the perfect location for us away from the busy and expensive Hollywood area. Highly recommend staying here!!

Weekend Visit
Picked up my son who is in the Navy in Port Hueneme and we decided to all stay here as a family since we were going to Universal Studios. Was a very nice spacious house! The area was pleasant with lots of yummy places to eat nearby!

Space for family
This property was in a descent area with plenty off things around to eat. The house itself was great with space to entertain friends we came to visit who live nearby. Backyard and outdoor area was a great area to have and the modern updates on kitchen really expanded the space. Plenty of amenities at the house and even a few items in fridge that we were able to use. I would recommend this to my friends and consider staying again if we go back to visits.

Guest House on Property too
This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families.
