Enormous backyard w/ patio lounge area & BBQ grill. Private Pool & jacuzzi. Centrally located minutes away from Disneyland, Long Beach, Santa Monica, LAX, Hollywood and more. Street parking and driveway for 2 cars.
Note: $100 /day pool/jacuzzi heat fee (at least a 48 hour notice required .) Strict No party policy. No Pets.

Home is equipped with a remote key pad lock for your safety and convenience. Please call or text host with any questions or concerns.

Beautifully renovated and furnished single level home. Large pool with Baja shelf and umbrella. Jacuzzi and fire pit in large backyard with covered patio and lounge area. BBQ grill. Parking for two cars in drive way and plenty of free street parking.
Large formal living area adjacent to a 8 person dinning area at front of house.. Family room at back of home with Pool table, HDTV, washer/ dryer and doors leading to back yard pool area. Fully stocked kitchen and breakfast dinning area with sky light and large HDTV.
Huge main bedroom suite with queen bed, lounge area that leads to back yard patio and pool area and own bath. 3 additional decent sized rooms. 2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 double beds.
Come enjoy this spacious, comfortable and inviting home close to Disneyland, the coast and major transportation routes.

THERE IS NO DISHWASHER IN THE HOUSE.
Pool heater requires at least 48 hours (2 days) notice for the pool to heat.. Jacuzzi needs at least 1-2 hour notice to heat. It is $100 day for either or both. Quiet hours after 9pm.

No smoking. $500 fine for violations.
No parties or events allowed.

Fantastic property in quiet location
We were a group of 6 and the space was lovely. A way out of LA but LA is so vast. Great amenities and space outside for all of us to just chill and chat over coffee. We had to head into downtown a few times for events and we all said how grateful we were to get back to the house. Lots of towels, beds all made up, toiletries and having a washer and drier were a great addition. Not a modern property if that’s what you’re after, but we felt it was a home away from home. . We had such a great week and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
