We reserved a queen bed and we got a full size bed instead. That was misleading and not appreciated. Everything else about the hotel was fine. When we asked for an iron or an extra blanket they were happy to provide them for us. That was great.

Great hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in LA. Our room was clean. The staff were great. We received complimentary coffee that was restocked daily. The location was great. It was centrally located for everywhere we wanted to go. It was one of the only properties that had free property.

This hotel was perfect! The staff made the check in process very easy, the rooms were very clean, the area was very close to everything! 20 mins to Universal and 20-30 mins to get anywhere else as well! Very convenient! Plus FREE PARKING!

Overall services and staff were good, aligning with other comments. Bed springs are not supportive. Pillows are small and seem old and well-used. Cotton inside pillow has been compressed and became hard. We did not have good sleep during that our stay.
