The WORST experience ever!
Booked this place and received email confirmations. It’s my fault that I didn’t actually open the emails before arriving, as I was traveling and assumed access instructions were included.
Never assume! We arrived to the building late. Couldn’t figure out how to get in. Checked confirmation emails, one of which said I would be receiving instructions within 24 hours.
Sent message to the host via the app.
As our property is self check-in, we need to pre-authorize damage deposit before your stay. The booking platform do not pre-authorize deposit from their platform. Thus, could you please provide us the following information for our further process?

I was APPALLED and LIVID! Shouldn’t this have been conveyed when I initially booked?
We were tired and it was late. We booked elsewhere for the night. Next day, we got access code which didn’t work. They sent another code, still didn’t work. Finally gave us another room with code that worked. After almost 2 hours.
The photos of the living room and laundry area make you assume they are included within the same unit in which you’re staying, however, they are communal areas.
Mattress terrible, hard and loud. Room semi clean.
You couldn’t pay me to stay there again!
