A central plaza with supermarket, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, cocktail bars, shops, post office etc. is located a 3-4 minute easy stroll from the apartment. A short stretch through the plaza leads to the blue flag sandy beach. There are six further blue flag beaches along the magnificent coast line. A superb tree lined promenade connects the beaches making it an ideal and safe place for walkers, joggers and cyclists alike. The beach is very much within walking distance but for those who may wish to drive, it is a 5 minute drive with nearby parking. Los Alcazares has a number of excellent restaurants serving local cuisine, with El Patio, located under 5 minutes walk away from the apartment. The town is very walkable but it is also extremely easy to drive everywhere, with ample parking.
The property is 31 minutes drive from Murcia international Airport and 50 minutes from Alicante Airport by motorway.
Within a short walk from the apartment there are bus stops with excellent connections to the local towns, villages and Murcia city which is a 50 minute drive away. There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses located 5 minutes drive from the apartment and La Manga, with its numerous championship courses, is a 25 minute drive.
There is a waterpark located 30 minutes drive away and go karting 5 minutes away.
The apartment’s location on the ground floor makes it ideally accessible for both young and not so young alike and is perfect for guests with mobility issues. The surrounding area are also very flat and level with lovely safe walks and cycling paths.
