"Ce petit appartement a été très bien rénové avec un très bon agencement et beaucoup de goût (félicitations). Il est très bien situé à 20 mètres de la grande plage de Royan, on peut voir la mer et le port en angle, et surtout entendre les vagues la nuit en laissant la fenêtre ouverte ! Nous avons trouvé tout l'équipement nécessaire (même un petit lave linge très pratique). Enfin, il est a quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville. En résumé, parfait !"

Avions réservé à ce studio, l'hôte n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation, donc il ne nous connaissait pas et n'avait pas notre nom en réservation puis selon ses dires , il ne serait pas sur cette plateforme abritel de ce fait la réservation à cette date était déjà prise pour un autre couple sur airbnb à la date du 12...

"The apartment is a few streets back from the sea front in a lovely location, with easy parking. The owner was delightful and very helpful. This is a very well equipped property making is very easy to self cater. Nearby excellent shops are within walking distance, including pizza place, bakers, supermarket, pharmacy - and don’t miss the daily market - we had excellent sardines! Good security for bikes. Lovely covered terrace and private garden. For just the two of us it was ideal. Great beaches...

"We had a wonderful stay at this appartment. Once up the central staircase the appartment opens up to a very large living area with fantastic views over the estuary. The balcony door and window opened fully allowing the outside in. The village and amenities are only a few minutes walk and offer a good variety of shops and restaurants to relax in the french sunshine and enjoy the live music."

"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive.
