"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night. "Horrible ! A fuir. Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"I had reserved an apartment last week from Monday to Saturday. When I arrived on Monday it was very late but there was a rotten smell in the bathroom drain that was the strongest thing I have ever felt in my life. Also the Pictures were not at all like the actual apartment. The pictures were very nice of the nicest units they had, and the actual apartment was a dump, run down, old, and extremely meager. There was also no wifi and upon complaining they told me to read the fine print next...

"We loved our stay, the staff were super accommodating, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard and they went over and above to accommodate for my dietary requirements. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes and the ski lockers were very useful. We would recommend to stay here, the breakfast has a good range of choices and there are several bars and restaurants next to the hotel. "

"The location of the hotel is excellent with a very convenient ski equipments lock room, just a few mins walking from the ski lifts.
