"This is a lovely little villa in a quiet plaza with very nice gardens, next to the restaurant Los Conteros. Its within easy walking distance of Villaricous and the market square. It has a well equipped kitchen and when we stayed it was also well stocked with herbs and spices bought from the local market. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to our return next year. Darren & Ohnmar"

"Nice compact 2 bed casa set in a pretty row of well maintained, terraced properties all within a small, secured urbanisation. Parking is quite close to the casa (so not far to carry the luggage or shopping). Small supermarkets are close by , but a Mercadona supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, should you need to do a weekly stock up. "We had the pleasure of staying for 9 weeks in this great apartment and having the benefit of your own private garden with the pool just outside the the gate. The owner was always very accommodating. The location where it was situated was a short distance to the beach were we walked our dogs regularly. The pubs/restaurants were fairly local and the staff were always friendly. "This is our 2nd stay at Villa Olive & we can’t fault it. Fabulous outside area, lovely pool & the villa has all the things you need for a wonderful break, including a dishwasher, coffee machine and a perfectly sized fridge. It’s a quiet area, easy to get to from Murcia Int & the supermarket is a short drive away.
