"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. "It was very picturesque when we drove up, very much a Tuscan Villa. Emma greeted us with a smile and a beverage of choice right when we arrived. "This property was everything we hoped for an more. The hosts were a hoot and we felt so welcomed. My partner and I were working here for the week remotely and were on video calls most of the day and the Internet didn't flinch despite being in a very remote location. We felt really at home here. "Our two adult children who were studying abroad met us here with our younger two children. We had two nights in a 12 day stay in Italy. Of all our stops, this was by far our favorite. Didn't want to leave!

"Wonderful family run place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay, especially Frederico who gave us helpful information on avoiding ZTLs in Montepulciano, information on other places to visit, and who arranged a lovely winery tour for us. Marzio was helpful as well. We stayed in a beautiful, spacious apartment with a large balcony and lovely view. Very clean. Excellent location. Great food in the restaurant and Georgia was also very nice. Would definitely come back if traveling in this area again! "

"This was a charming property and the cellar wine experience was most enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this property. Breakfast was excellent and the 1* Michelin Osmosi restaurant was excellent. Had a wonderful dining experience. Montepulciano is well worth a visit. The wines of Fattoria Sventoni are marvellous. "

Great place to stay and exceeded expectations

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "
