"This was by far the nicest place we stayed at in Italy. The apartment is clean, beautifully simplistic and functional, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped and communicating with the staff was easy and enjoyable. Location is excellent: short walk to the coliseum, historic centre, Juliet's house etc. Restaurants are a short walk away, as is shopping. We had a car and were given free parking on the property. Apartment also had a washing machine, which we appreciated. I would highly recommend...

"This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order."

"We had a wonderful time staying at Gloria’s villa. It was really lovely, everything we needed was there, the villa is well equipped and stocked with all the essentials and loads of coffee pods 😁 The terrace is great for breakfast and drinks in the evening. Gloria made lots of recommendations for us including El Capitel restaurant which was wonderful - we ate there twice. Thanks a lot Gloria - we will definitely stay again when we return to Verona ! "

"The location and view from the apartment is amazing. But of course the downside of staying in a very central apartment in the historic centre of a very busy tourist destination meant that parking was difficult. We did not receive advance information about the valet parking pick up point so we parked in the wrong place and it took over an hour to sort out in 35 degree C heat!"

"A perfect location off of Piazza delle Erbe but removed enough to remain very quiet. We had plenty of space and a great view of the city. Our hosts, Micaela, Nicola, and Sofia, were wonderful and helped us with dinner suggestions and taxi reservations. They stocked the apartment with yogurt, juice, biscuit, cornetto... My husband and I would highly recommend this property to couples or small families. If we ever find ourselves returning to Verona, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else."

"Our family came to Verona for Christmas. Mirta was a fantastic host who met us on our arrival. Parking our car was very convenient right at the apartment building. Mirta was always available for any questions or suggestions. The apartment itself was clean, large, and in a fantastic location to see the sites of Verona. We highly recommend the Elk Bakery right across the street for coffee and brunch as well!"

Hotel reception (at Hotel Mastino) were very helpful in terms of guiding us to our destinations. "The place is walkable to major tourist attraction especially the Verona arena, clean, cozy, welcoming place. My only concern is the lift of the apartment was not fixed on our last day when we used the stairs to bring down our luggage’s and my mom who has difficulty going up and down the stairs but if you don’t have a lot of luggage’s and a must to have lift for transport then this place is perfect to stay. If the lift was fixed I will rate is place for 5/5."
