"Monica and Sean are gracious and lovely hosts. They made our stay so comfortable. Glenview Lodge was the perfect location for our stay. Traditional Irish countryside with ease of access to great day trips (we went to Dingle, Killarney, Cork, the Cliffs of Moher, Limerick/Bunratty Castle, and one overnight in Galway, just to name a few stops). Close to our family as well. A wonderful stay with truly wonderful hosts. We can't wait to come back!!!! Thank you so much!"

"We loved this home for the moments we saw it online. Then when we met David, he was very helpful with everything in the home, but also had maps out for Ireland. My family did get sick during our visit and David was on it! I followed him i to town to get medicine for my son and husband. David checked in several times to make sure we were ok, and if we needed a doctor. Thankfully we didnt but having the owners close by meant that we could reach out if we needed anything. Very comfortable stay + great breakfast!

"Great stay at this wonderful hotel. Good room size and very clean! A very comfortable stay! 5 minute walk to the castle, and a nice pub right next door. Breakfast is fantastic! The Woolen Mills store on the property has a lot of very nice things - careful if you’re in a shopping mood! Lots of sights within a short drive’s distance. Mind the schools if driving to Cork - they do cause some backup on the roads/streets. Overall a great stay here - would definitely stay here again if visiting Cork area!"

Quiet, clean, comfortable, priced great

"Visiting from America, checked in on a Wednesday night, barking is free and underground but limited. Limited. Unsure if there's other parking. Breakfast was included for us and tasted great, hot and cold food, overlooking the river area. The room was absolutely clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were great on our check-in and the same Ladies were there when we checked out the next day. We would definitely stay here again, this is priced Right."

"Great 3 days at this property! The main entrance was under construction during our stay but it didn't bother us at all. The rooms have all been updated, they were very clean, all 4 adults were comfortable and felt safe. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Cork. There is very limited parking in front of the hotel, we dropped off our luggage at the hotel, parked in a downtown parking garage and walked the 10 minutes back. The only caution is that the hotel is on a hill. If you have anyone with mobility issues, this could pose a problem with the amount of walking uphill."
