"The property is a bit dated and the photos are a little deceiving. It seems like its on a corner but actually sits behind a large home and it was difficult to find. Not sure about who cleans the place, whether a cleaning person or if its left to occupants. There was a long list of cleaning things to be done before check out. It was ok for me but some of my party were not satisfied. It needs freshening up and updating a little but its a cute cottage. The owner was nice and the campground...

"The house is in a good location close to the beach and local businesses. Newly renovated, linens provided, and cute, comfortable decor. The kitchen is adequate but not fully stocked. Not enough glassware, drinking or wine for more than 2 guests. Beach equipment like chairs and boogie boards are available. A good rental."

"Our family getaway was great. 6 adults fit great in the home. Neighborhood is really nice. Distance to beach is not far. We rented a golf cart and it made getting to beach nicer and rolling around the neighborhood fun. This was our second time renting this home and i will rent again next time i go to Myrtle Beach."

"Overall our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We had a short walk to the beach (exactly 5 minutes from the door to the sand) and an even shorter walk (3 minutes) to the pickleball courts. The house was not the cleanest when we arrived .. the drawers to place our clothes had a lot of dirt/crumbs/socks/sewing needles/bobbi pins in them. The surfaces didn’t feel like they had been wiped. "The property was dirty. There was food particles in the sink coffee left in the coffee pot. The linen was dirty, and there were used food containers under the bed. The property itself was cute and spacious and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants "

"My mom and I loved our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked for any cooking you wanted to do. The front porch is large and amazing to sit on to eat or just relax. My old dog loved to lay out there. The owner Cindy is amazing and quick to respond with any problems. The beds were very comfortable. Included golf cart was great also! I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!"
