Welcoming big groups and single guests alike, our recently renovated fully appointed home awaits you in the beautiful Rocky Mountain town of Longmont, CO. Our goal is to provide you a cozy, clean environment to call home for a few days, weeks or longer while you work, play and live in our lovely community. Our commitment is to do what we say and say what we do. No smoke and mirrors here, just a way for us to provide others the kind of place we look for when adventures take us away from home.
Our home was built in 1952, and we are just the second owner. We purchased the home in the spring of 2017 and worked through the summer to update and modernize the home to make it the perfect place to welcome guests from around the world. We truly have refinished or replaced every surface in the place and have furnished the home as if it were our own personal residence - minus the clutter, legos and dog hair! :-)
Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the one-car garage and one linen closet downstairs, both locked and used for storage. The home comes with free super fast 1Gbps internet service and cable service.
We are as available as you need us to be. We will provide a welcome letter and an access code prior to your arrival. Your rental agreement will detail all check-in and check-out procedures, and manuals in the home provide all the necessary ins and outs of the inclusions and local recommendations. If you need us for anything else we are available any time; otherwise, our motto is no news is good news. That said, we encourage you to contact us immediately and directly if something does not meet your expectations.
Ground transportation of some sort would be the best way to arrive to the property, but from there an easy one-block walk will allow you to access both local and regional bus lines.
We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests such as providing a high chair or pack and play for young children or a BBQ grill and outdoor furniture for the patio. Please ask, we will do our best.

Our cleaning crew is taking the extra steps to assure all common touch areas are cleaned with disinfecting cleaners and/or bleach solution. This includes all door, cabinet and appliance handles, counters, sinks, faucets, showers, bathtubs, bathroom floors, toilets and light switches. All flat surfaces will also be wiped clean including all furnishings and wood floors. All carpeted areas will be vacuumed with a completely clean, sanitized vacuum.
All silverware, cups and glasses will be sanitized through a complete dishwasher cycle. All plates, bowls, pots, pans and utensils will be hand washed and dried.
All white linens are washed with chlorine bleach in hot water and dried on the hot cycle. All colored linens are washed in hot water and dried on the hot cycle.

We kindly ask that should a member of your traveling party test positive for Coronavirus or find that they have been in contact within the last 14 days with someone else who has tested positive for Coronavirus that you contact us to cancel your reservation. We will gladly work with you in regard to any cancellation fees. If a member of your traveling party becomes ill while you are staying in our home and tests positive for Coronavirus or exhibits symptoms that are consistent will the probability that they have contracted Coronavirus we ask that you contact us immediately so we can determine best steps to maintain quarantine and notify future guests.
