WHAT A GEM
Highly recommend this property. Very clean easy check in and the neighborhood has coffee breakfast and many other shops within walking distance. One of the best places I have booked so far. If you are in the longmount area don't missed this place well worth it.

What a perfect home-away-from-home!
Our every need was anticipated in thoughtful and intuitive ways. The space itself is impeccably decorated, comfortable, warm, and spacious. The location was very convenient, with everything you can need within minutes and allowing for easy access to visiting the Rocky Mountains and other towns.

Cozy with Great Location
Loved my stay! The unit is flawless and well designed with so many thoughtful touches for guests. Location was also great and as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe. Prospect is a beautiful neighborhood and I quickly jumped on the highway to head to Boulder for hikes, other surrounding towns or around Longmont. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could!

Everything about this property was excellent. Hosts thought of and supplied us with everything to make our stay exceptional. Location is perfect and there are a lot of different options for food and activities. Can't say enough for how the hosts had this property stocked, ABOVE AND BEYOND! This will be our go to Vrbo when back in beautiful Colorado.

Neat, clean and comfortable!
I loved staying at this carriage. It had everything I needed and was neat and clean. The big windows were awesome to let in a lot of natural light and open up for a breeze. The bed was very comfortable as well. I would recommend this place and I will be staying there when I am in the area.

Beautiful home perfect for what we needed
We came to Colorado for a big softball tournament and I found this wonderful home, centrally located to everything and was very comfortable with 2 children. The price was much better than the crowded hotels, plus the full kitchen allowed us to buy groceries and save money. The owners were very pleasant and even left us all treats upon arrival! Thank you so much! I would definitely stay here again.

This carriage house is tastefully designed and equipped. It’s located in the best neighborhood in Longmont, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I never want to leave when I stay there. Comfortable, CLEAN stay!
Our stay was great! My husband and I stayed two nights while in town for a wedding in Lyons, and it was a perfect spot to stay. The carriage house was just as pictured, extremely comfortable, and by far the cleanest VRBO unit we have ever stayed in (and I have high standards for cleanliness!)! Samantha was an extremely responsive and helpful hostess. I definitely will stay again next time we visit Longmont. The neighborhood is also super cute, with several local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Lovely Carriage House in Coolest Neighborhood
We had a fantastic 3 weeks in this beautiful and modern (but still cozy) carriage house in Prospect Neighborhood. Samantha and Chris were fantastic hosts with great communication for check in and were kindly willing to accommodate a last minute schedule request. When an unseasonable cold snap came through they quickly made sure that we were warm enough (we were!) and had all the snow shoveled before we were even out of bed. The carriage house was extremely clean and is even prettier than the pictures with very comfortable bed and lovely linens. It was well stocked so we were even able to prepare some meals though we loved walking to the neighborhood restaurants or taking a quick drive up to Main Street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for being such great hosts!

Can't Wait to Stay Again
Spent 5 nights for business because I needed a kitchen. Well, I couldn't have chosen a better place. Also, nut hinge decor is very traditional and earth tones. I wanted to experience a more modern palette and decor. It was very calming and simplistic, yet thought out. Samantha and Chris were perfect hosts. The only suggestion I have is to have a way to cover the bright temp indicator on the bedroom AC unit. I ended up hanging a business card over it, but perhaps something else can be done. I think I could see that light through my eyelids at night, it was bright. We loved our stay and hope to be back in January (more business).

Farm camp
My daughter had farm camp across the street at Sunflower Farms and this was the perfect home base for us for the week! The property was perfectly and thoughtfully stoked and so very comfortable. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We had a great week.

Incredible Hosts and Bakery Nearby
We loved out stay at the Cottage. The place was super clean. We received a welcome bag and a few extra treats for our stay. We walked to several nearby restaurants, great coffee and probably the best bakery I have been to in a very long time. Thanks for your hospitality!

A home away from home
What a beautiful, clean, convenient, well equipped property. I’d rate it 20 stars if that were an option. Believe every other review you read about it - I’m glad I did and echo their sentiments. No better place to stay in Longmont.
